We discuss the job vacancy, candidate expectations, and both technical and cultural requirements for the role. This stage typically lasts 1–2 hours and helps form a clear search profile.

Talent Sourcing & Screening
We utilize all available channels: our internal database of over 25,000 candidates, LinkedIn, paid resources, referrals, and advertisements. On average, we analyze up to 150 profiles and narrow it down to 7–10 most relevant candidates.

Pre-selection & Interviews
Each candidate undergoes a phone or online interview with our team. We evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural compatibility to present only the strongest candidates.

Profile Presentation
Within 3–7 days, we send you a curated list  of 3–5 verified candidates who meet all criteria. You receive not just a stream of resumes, but precisely prepared profiles.

Interview Process & Final Steps
We coordinate the interview process, provide feedback from both sides, assist with offer formulation, and help align terms and conditions.
